I finished taking my Vitamin E tablets on Thursday and I thought I'd do a little review on them.

It's hard to tell but the picture at the top is my skin on Day 1, and the bottom is Day 30. Apart from the obvious difference of lighting, my skin has gotten a lot more glowy than it was previously. Honestly, if you're looking for something to clear up your skin I wouldn't recommend vitamin E - as it never done too much in terms of spots for me (I don't particularly suffer too badly with spots etc., so I might not be the right person to judge).

That being said, I have noticed some improvements in my scalp. I now find that I can go 4 days without washing my hair without it looking too greasy, and the dry skin that sometimes plagues my scalp is gone (for the most part). I don't notice any massive changes to the length and condition of my hair, and I feel like the tablet were mostly ineffective in terms of beauty-related things.

Overall, I would probably take Vitamin E tablets again for a month, but I'd recommend that if you're thinking of adding supplements to your diet, that you're realistic about what you want to achieve.
